Conclusion

Taste is subjective, but according to mine the ISN H20s are nothing short of a tuning masterpiece.

Putting aside the modest $69 price for a moment.. these are earphones I can very happily listen to for hours on end with utter satisfaction.

If you aren’t a fan dark, bass-heavy tunings these definitely aren’t for you, because the H20s are NOT a half-measure – they completely embrace an approach some may loathe but others will love.

They’re incredibly fun & tonally almost perfect. No, they aren’t remotely technical but the tuning is so well executed that I immediately stop caring about technicalities when they’re in my ears.

Remember how it felt listening to an old car radio, when your favourite song came on? They’re like that!

The H20s blow every other IEM I’ve heard under $100 out of the water, but again I must stress personal bias does come into this as their tuning sounds “just right” to my ears. Particularly rock music.

For $69 in a world where even $690 isn’t a lot to spend on IEMs they’re an absolute no-brainer purchase. Especially for times when you “just want to listen” to music without getting caught up in analysing it.
